この展覧会はドナルド・ジャッドの日本国内の初めての美術館での展覧会になります。ギャラリーヤマグチがオーガナイズし静岡県立美術館の長草氏、北九州美術館の黒岩氏、真竹氏のキューレーションにて実現いたしました。展覧会初日には各美術館にてジャッド氏の講演会も開催されました。
DONALD JUDD at the Shizuoka Prefectural Museum of Art
This is Donald Judd's first exhibition in a museum in Japan. This exhibition was organized by Gallery Yamaguchi and curated by Mr. Nagakusa of Shizuoka Prefectural Museum of Art, Mr. Kuroiwa and Mr. Matake of Kitakyushu Art Museum. On the first day of the exhibition, Mr. Judd gave a lecture at each museum.
